When they asked us to refresh their boardroom, the brief was simple: deliver a high-end setting for large board meetings — quickly and flawlessly. We proposed a calm, formal palette of rich veneer and supple leather, backed by meticulous service and a tight programme.

All furniture was new: a statement boardroom table, executive chairs, mobile acoustic whiteboards, discreet storage and matching acoustic wall panels. Together they create a space that looks authoritative, controls reverberation, and adapts to every conversation. The finished room mirrors Neil Overseas’ reputation — composed, capable and ready for critical decisions — and we delivered it within the compressed timeline they demanded.
